We've Built Businesses Too.
Kinetic Advisory is run by the same people currently building and operating Full Speed Performance and The Severs Centre.
We've built seven-figure health and fitness businesses, grown a team of 20+ across nine locations around Australia, and we're still operating those businesses today.
Now we're using what we've learned to help other health and fitness business owners build better businesses of their own.
We're Not Teaching This From The Sidelines.
Between Full Speed Performance and The Severs Centre, we've had to deal with most of the things that come with building a growing health and fitness business.
We've built a team of more than 20 people across nine locations around Australia.
We've built seven-figure businesses.
We've grown through both owned locations and partnerships.
We've negotiated exclusive distribution agreements for patented products.
And we're now preparing to take The Severs Centre beyond Australia, with expansion into New Zealand and Canada.
We've had to work through marketing, sales, staffing, payroll, management, systems, cash flow, new locations, partnerships and expansion.
Some things we've done well.
Some things we've got wrong and had to fix.
We're still doing it now.
That's important to us, because the advice we give needs to work in a real business — including our own.
Sean Stokes
Strategy, Growth & Commercial
I've spent more than a decade building businesses in health and fitness.
Most of what I know about business hasn't come from studying other people's businesses. It's come from building my own.
I've had to generate leads, run advertising, sell, hire staff, manage teams, open new locations, launch new services, manage cash flow and make difficult decisions when things haven't gone to plan.
I've made plenty of mistakes along the way too.
That's important, because running a business in the real world is very different from talking about one.
At Kinetic, I generally focus on strategy, financial performance, marketing, sales, pricing, growth, expansion and the bigger commercial decisions within the business.
My job is to help work out where we're going, what's actually getting in the way, and what we should do about it.
Ethan Timmins
Operations, People & Implementation
Ethan's spent years on the operational side of building and running health and fitness businesses.
While Sean tends to spend more time looking at where the business should go and the commercial decisions required to get there, Ethan's strength is making sure those decisions actually work inside the business.
His focus at Kinetic is team management, accountability, capacity, service delivery, systems, practitioner and staff performance, and turning plans into things that actually happen.
Because a good strategy isn't worth much if nobody implements it.
